PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent access to a Web site including inappropriate contents while holding the degree of freedom of selection of Web sites to which a user wants to access.;SOLUTION: In this Web site access control system, a proxy server 40 analyzes a Web page configuring Web sites to be provided by an accessed Web servers 30 and so on, and in the case of deciding that there is any possibility that the Web sites include inappropriate contents as the result of analysis, makes the display screen of a portable telephone terminal 10 display the Web page where information showing the result and a link for performing access to the Web sites are described, and in the case of deciding that those Web sites do not include inappropriate contents, makes the display screen of the portable telephone terminal 10 display the Web page configuring the Web sites.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
