政府网站是施行政务公开的重要载体．政府网站资源服务平台是以信息资源整理利用为中心，建设统一网站资源云服务平台、统一后台数据管理中心、统一信息共享机制和信息采集、管理、发布渠道．文章以从化市政府门户网站（http：／／www．conghua．gov．cn）改版升级项目为试点，结合云技术发展趋势，依托我国区域性电子政务协同应用的共性需求和现有应用基础，提出基于混合云模式下的电子政务建设方案．整合从化市现有政府网站信息资源，构建资源共享服务平台、网站服务展示平台、云存储平台和云安全服务平台．%Government web has become important in the implementation of open government project. Govern- ment web resource service platform is based on the information resources construction, unified web resources cloud services platform, unified data management center, unified information sharing mechanism and informa- tion collection, management, release channel. This article takes Conghua City Hall portal website upgrades for the pilot project, with the combination of cloud technology trends, relying on China's regional e-government col- laborative application common needs and existing application foundation, based on the mixed cloud mode of e- government construction scheme. The integration of Conghua City government website information resources, construction of resource sharing service platform, service platform, cloud storage platform and cloud security service platform is discussed.
