Discussion of the innovation education in College University physics teaching

It is an important problem to establish the modern education idea and to train the innovative talent conscientiously in the information-based process. The methods to cultivate initiative spirit, innovative consciousness, and creative individual character quality and innovation ability of students are put forward combining physics teaching.
