摘要

There are many applications in which parallel optical transceiver module may play a vital role due to increasing demands for high-bandwidth applications. The goal of the paper is to contribute technology that will enable low-cost and manufacturable parallel optical transmitter module. As the above says, the performance of the module is demonstrated to fulfill the requirements of SNAP 12. It would be suitable for mass production.
