摘要

The fuel-cell technology gains more and more practical importance, but first pilot industrial applications show that a lot of research is still necessary, especially concerning system technique. By now the teaching process of the power engineers does not content, in a satisfactory way, these future oriented distributed power sources by practical exercises. Both problems mentioned above constitute the background for the construction of the University fuel-cell-laboratory at the Otto-von-Guericke University in Magdeburg/Germany. This laboratory belongs to the Chair of Electrical Power Networks and Renewable Energy Sources. Considering the research interest of this chair, the investigations performed in the laboratory are concentrated on the electrical behaviour of the fuel-cell-system (FCS), especially on the variation of external and internal parameters. For such tasks a special laboratory concept has been worked out followed by the facility planning process necessary for the concept requirements.
