西方发达国家管理科学人才培养模式研究

摘要

研究了美国十所著名大学的商学院——宾夕法尼亚大学沃顿商学院(University ofPennsylvania-Wharton)、密歇根大学商学院(The Universityof Michigan Business School)、西北大学凯洛格商学院(Northwestern niversity-Kellogg)哈佛商学院(The Harvard Graduate Schoolof Business dministration)、斯坦福大学商学院(TheStanford Graduate School of Business)、芝加哥大学商学院(The Chicago Graduate School of Business)、麻省理工学院斯隆管理学院(MIT-Sloan School of Management)、加州大学伯克利分校哈斯商学院(UC Berkeley-Hass)、卡奈基梅隆大学工业管理学院(CMU-Graduate School of IndustrialAdministration)、耶鲁大学管理学院(The Yale School of Organization & Management)和五所美国以外的最为优秀的商学院：法国NSEAD欧洲商务管理研究院(The European Institute ofBusiness dministration)、瑞士IMD国际专业管理发展研究院(The International Institute forManagement Development)、荷兰鹿特丹商学院(The Rotterdam School of Management)、英国伦敦商学院(The London Business SChood、加拿大西安大略大学商学院(The University of WesternOntario，Western Business School)等的工商管理、工业工程专业的培养模式；借鉴西方发达国家管理科学培养的先进经验，提出了适合于我国管理科学学科的人才培养模式。
