Procedure for controlling a speed control system (12) in a vehicle (10), the procedure shall include:Identification of a vehicle location;identify a number of specific speed control interventions by a driver at the site of the vehicle;where the number of speed control interventions by the driver is at least one threshold number of interventions:Identify each action by the driver according to the speed control procedures;andCreate a profile of driver behaviour associated with the vehicle location based on the respective actions by the driver within an area around the vehicle site after the driver intervened in the speed control.
