SURVEY SYSTEM WITH USER-FRIENDLY INTERFACE COLLETING SURVEY RESPONSE AND DATA ANALYSIS FOR INTEGRATED REPORT AND METHOD OF OPERATING THE SAME

A survey system providing an integrated report through data analysis and collecting survey responses using a user-friendly setting interface, and a method of operating the system are provided. The survey system includes: a survey system providing survey questions through a survey interface on the web or mobile and collecting survey responses to the survey questions; a data analysis system statistically analyzing survey responses collected in the survey system using an analysis model and analysis options set by an analysis setting interface that can be set by a survey question provider; and an integrated reporting system generating an integrated report including at least one of a satisfaction model, a service evaluation model, a multi-faceted evaluation model, and a decision-making model based on a statistical analysis result of the data analysis system, wherein the data analysis system sets the analysis model and analysis options based on a selection result of at least one of a list of questions predetermined in the setting interface for statistical analysis.
