A system (1) for monitoring and calculating the energy saving (RE) and reduction (RC02) of CO2 emission applied to an element (40) provided with an insulation system (42). The system (1) comprises an electronic device (10), an input module (20), and an output module (30). The device (10) is adapted to receive from the input module (20) input parameters (22, P) characterizing the scenario of application related to the element (40) and insulation system (42), and data measured (Ts, Te, Ta) by sensors integrated (24) into the input module (20).
