The Core Technology of High Temperature Non-steady-state Exhaust Heat Recovery and Steam Generating of Energy Saving System

摘要

To deal with large quantity of non-steady-state high temperature waste heat generated during electric arc furnace (EAF) metallurgical process,we should use the economical water-carbon steel pipe steam generating equipment and system,study rational multi-unit modular structure and strong shock wave cleaning method to solve the ash block,wear,corrosion,thermal stress and other issues,effectively reducing exhausted gas temperature from 1,000 to 180℃ entering the follow-up stage of dust removal and standard emissions. The ultimate purpose is to make use of waste heat and save energy.
