PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction management system for heavy machinery, which guides a construction portion of heavy machinery to a correct ground height. SOLUTION: A construction machine position guidance and construction management system 1 is attached to a construction machine and receives a GNSS signal transmitted by a GNSS satellite 40, based on measurement data of the GNSS receiver 12 and the GNSS receiver 12. The calculation unit 15a that calculates the height of the lower end of the stirring blade of the construction machine, the design position coordinate DB 14a in which the ground height of the planned construction point of the construction machine is stored in advance, and the height of the lower end of the stirring blade substantially match the ground height.
