The present invention relates to a fluidized bed system having a regenerative methanation co-reactor and a solid heating seal port, and an operating method thereof, and more particularly, to a fluidized bed system for generating methane by capturing CO 2 , an absorption reactor that absorbs CO 2 in the exhaust gas by solid particles, and the absorbed solid particles and the exhaust gas are at the discharge end; a regeneration-methanization co-reactor in which the solid particles discharged from the absorption reactor are introduced, the solid particles are regenerated, and methane is generated by the hydrogen introduced through the hydrogen inlet; and a solid heating seal port into which the regenerated solid particles are introduced, the exhaust gas discharged from the absorption reactor is supplied to heat the solid particles and re-supplied to the inlet end of the absorption reactor; It relates to a fluidized bed system having a co-reactor and a solid heating seal port.
