The measuring portion (200) comprises: a feed member (20) provided with a feed inlet (201) for input of a material and located at the upstream of a movement direction of the material; a protective housing (30) provided at an outer side of the feed member (20) in a circumferential direction; a connection tube (40) connected to the protective housing (30) and having an opening (401) oriented toward a space between the feed member (20) and the protective housing (30); and a measurement plate (14) disposed under the feed member (20) in the movement direction of the material, wherein an air path is formed between the protective housing (30) and the feed member (20), and the connection tube (40) is configured to supply, by means of the air path, compressed air to an end portion (202) of the feed member (20) located at one side of the measurement plate (14).
