The present invention relates to a R&D project management system, comprising: a communication unit for receiving project information from an external agency server, receiving expert information from an expert terminal, and receiving user information from a user terminal; a storage unit for storing the received business information, the expert information, and the user information; and a calculation unit for classifying and outputting the business information and the expert information by category, extracting keywords from the business information and the expert information, and determining and outputting a business and an expert matching the user information. According to the present invention, it is possible to check R&D project information scattered over a plurality of sites in one place, and a user and an expert can effectively communicate about the R&D project.
