The present invention provides a captured image acquisition module for acquiring image information from a plurality of cameras; a GPS receiving module for receiving GPS information from an artificial satellite to obtain current location information of the camera; an inertial measurement module for acquiring horizontal information of the camera using a plurality of sensors; an image processing module for correcting the image information based on the image information, current location information, and horizontal information; a control module for controlling to transmit the image information, current location information, and horizontal information to the image processing module; and a mobile mapping device including a buffer for storing image information; an aerial photograph database for receiving and storing the image information from the mobile mapping device or for receiving and storing aerial photograph data from an external database; and an object extraction module for extracting a target object from the corrected image obtained by the image processing module; an object positioning module for obtaining coordinate information of the target object based on the extracted center point of the target object; an aerial photograph extraction module for extracting coordinate information of an aerial photograph corresponding to the image information from the aerial photograph database; a coordinate comparison module that compares the coordinate information of the target object with the coordinate information of the aerial photograph to confirm whether objects are matched; and a data processing module including a spatial information generating module for acquiring spatial information by using the coordinate information of the target object obtained from the matching result.
