An electrolyte solution production device is provided with: an electrolysis unit which has a layered body having conductive films (7) and electrodes that are stacked in such a manner that each of the conductive films is intercalated between adjacent any two of the electrodes and which can electrolyze a liquid; and a housing (13) in which the electrolysis unit is arranged. The housing (13) is provided with an inflow port (15) through which a liquid to be fed to the electrolysis unit can flow in and an outflow port (17) through which an electrolyte solution produced in the electrolysis unit can flow out. Each of the conductive films (7) protrudes toward the inner surface of the housing (13), and has a projecting part (19) which is arranged so as to align each of the conductive films (7) relative to the housing (13). According to this configuration, an electrolyte solution production device can be provided, in which the size of each of conductive films (7) can be reduced and the alignment of each of the conductive films (7) relative to the housing (13) can be achieved easily.
