Embodiments of the present invention provide a laser radar system and a laser ranging method.The laser radar system includes a laser scanning member and a rotating member, wherein the laser scanning member includes a transmission assembly, a transmission lens, a receiving lens and a receiving assembly.The transmission assembly includes a plurality of laser transmitters and a first optical fiber array, wherein the receiving assembly includes a plurality of receivers and a second optical fiber array.The laser radar system according to embodiments of the present invention can reduce the volume of the laser radar by reducing the volume of the laser radar by providing the optical fiber array to the laser transmission end of the transmission assembly and the reflected light incident end of the receiving assembly.
