The invention discloses a desert product type as a paste from hawthorn fruits with reduced sugar content and a manufacture method thereof. The product, according to the invention, is obtained from the following ingredients: hawthorn fruits pulp, inulin and Renet apple variety juice. Hawthorn paste preparation consist of conditioned fruits mechanical mincing, partial thermal processing in order to obtain hawthorn fruits pulp, filtering, boiling with inulin and apple juice until an homogeneous paste is obtained, cooling and dosing.
