The present invention provides a method for analyzing and modeling sewage pipe defects and risks, the method comprising: inputting a self-propelled vehicle into a sewage pipe and analyzing information obtained through exploration to obtain defect information; obtaining risk information by analyzing the defect information; modeling a sewage pipe in three dimensions by using the defect information and risk information; and continuously outputting the results of the modeling through a screen.
