To provide a cap sterilizing device, a content filling system, a cap sterilizing method and a content filling method capable of increasing the cap conveyance speed.SOLUTION: A cap sterilizing device 50 includes a sterilizing agent spraying wheel 41 and an air rinse wheel 42. The sterilizing agent spraying wheel 41 conveys a cap 33 while rotating, and also sprays the sterilizing agent onto the cap 33 being conveyed. The air rinse wheel 42 conveys the cap 33 with the sterilizing agent sprayed by the sterilizing agent spraying wheel 41 while rotating, and air-rinses the cap 33 being conveyed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
