The session creation method comprises: sending a packet data unit (PDU) session update request to a session management function (SMF), the PDU session update request carrying deployment information of a shunting node and a local PDU session anchor; receiving a session control rule fed back by the SMF according to the deployment information; and creating a session with the shunting node and the local PDU session anchor according to the session control rule.
