Disclosed in the present invention is a heat dissipator having a composite heat dissipation device for use in a heating component having an insertion port. The heat dissipator is in heat supply connection with a heating component. The heat dissipator comprises: a standard heat dissipation device, comprising a heat absorption surface that is in heat conduction connection with the heating component, and a heat dissipation fin part distant from the heat absorption surface, wherein the standard heat dissipation device has a predetermined operation temperature; a composite heat dissipation device that is inserted into the fin part of the standard heat dissipation device, wherein the composite heat dissipation device comprises a flexible metal heat dissipation body having multiple through holes and comprising at least one insertion port through which the composite heat dissipation device is inserted into the fin part; and at least one heat conduction pad, wherein at least a part of the heat conduction pad is filled to seal the through holes of the insertion port, and the heat conduction pad has a heating and softening temperature that is not higher than the predetermined operation temperature.
