The present invention relates to a heat dissipation composite and a heat dissipation member including a plate-shaped heat dissipation filler of multiple sizes, and to improve heat dissipation characteristics by lowering internal porosity. In the heat dissipation member according to the present invention, since a linear heat dissipation filler and a multi-sized plate type heat dissipation filler having at least two types of particle size are dispersed in a base substrate formed of a polymer resin, the density of the heat dissipation fillers in the base substrate having a laminate structure is improved. By increasing the internal porosity, the heat dissipation characteristics can be improved.
