The disclosure relates to a system in the field of exercise devices and body building and muscle building devices, in particular to a system wherein the system comprises a microprocessor, a pulley, an electric motor, a support bar, a digital panel, a steel cable, a load sensor, and a speed selector, wherein the steel cable is attached to the pulley and connected to the support bar, wherein an electric motor operates on the pulley in order to maintain a constant rotation speed of the pulley, so that the speed of movement of the support bar is maintained constant.
