A nut D is threaded on the rod between the two arms of a yoke-piece E fitting on the flattened sides of the rod C and having pivoted to it a heel-piece F. A circular plate C1 is formed on the end of the rod C. In a medication, the heel-piece is formed in one with the yoke-piece E.
