[Class 31 (i)] A device for severing coupons from ration books and storing them comprises a base n on which is supported for vertical movement against spring pressure a hand-operated plunger b carrying right angularly disposed cutter blades e, f coacting with cutting edges j, k in an opening on a plate 1, the sides g, h opposite to the cutting edges serving as guides. The cut-out coupons may be collected in a tray p or impaled on a skewer r and a counter may be fitted to operate at each action of the cutters.
