In a neutralizing circuit a bridge arrangement is made in which one arm consists of the base resistance of the transistor, and an adjoining arm consists of another resistance of the transistor and the balancing arms consist of a resistor R1 and a network comprising a resistor R2 and a capacitor C. The resistor R1 is arranged to balance the base resistance and the network R2, C is stated to balance the emitter resistance. In a modification, Fig. 2 (not shown), the emitter and base connections are interchanged together with those to the balancing resistors and capacitor. The resistor R2 may be chosen to stabilize the working point of the transister.
