In a box for containing switches, sockets, &c. having brackets 13 arranged to accept cover-plate retaining- screws, the brackets are slidably mounted in slots 15 in side walls 11 of the box, their exterior parts being enclosed by housings 16. The generally T-shaped brackets may be of fibre, or other insulating material.
