Mounting Plate with Plug-in Valves for Hydraulic and Pneumatic Control Systems on Machines

A plug-in valve 7 is connected to a base-plate 1 by a two-part ring 13 held in a groove 12 of the valve and a tightening ring 14 in threaded connection with the base-plate. The valve is located in the required angular position by a base-plate pin 6 engaging in a notch 8 of the valve. The base-plate is held on an erecting plate 3 by a clamping ring 2 and has a number of pipes connected to passages therein. Some or all of the passages in turn communicate with ones in the valve and a packing ring 9 seals the connection therebetween. A number of spaced base-plates for interchangeable plug-in valves of any desired function are secured in-apertures of the erecting plate to form a control system for, e.g. a machine tool. The valves may be actuated magnetically and are connected by a lead to a central electrical distributer on the erecting plate.
