A manifold mounting plate for hydraulic or pneumatic components has on one side supply and return ports which are connected to the pressure source. The mounting face for halves and similar equipment has matching port holes which include a seal ring arrangement. Each manifold plate connection hole is provided with an integral shut off valve that can be manually operated. Thus faulty valves on the mounting face of the manifold plate can be replaced without disturbing the pipe line connections, simply by closing the shut off valve on the internal connection holes.
