Spiced butter prepn

A mixture of 1 pbw. crushed herbsand 2 pbw butter oil is pasteurised while stirring. Butter concentrate, salt and pepper are then added and the final mixture is texturised and conditioned. A colorant may also be added. Product is esp. suitable for serving with snails or shellfish.
