Garlic head trimmer - mechanized to speed output and improve quality and yield

A garlic head is held beneath a cutter rotating on a motor shaft which also caries a fan rotor to blow away the trimmings. The cutter can be moved down, preferably against spring pressure, until the rotating blades contact the garlic head, the cutter then rturning to its upper position. The machine may be adapted from an electric pillar drill.
