Waterproofed disposable nappy holder - using two edge welded rectangular plastics sheets with cut-out in inner sheet

The rectangular inner and outer sheets are of plastic, rubber or like waterproof material and they are secured around their periphery by thermal welding or adhesive as appropriate. The cut-out in the centre of the inner sheet is such that when the disposable pad is inserted, the inside edge of that cut-out exerts a positive restraining pressure around the outside edges of the pad. Lengths of strip material, are pre-cut with the above apertures, may be continuously joined by rectangular edge welds with tear perforations between the transverse adjacent edges so that they can be sold in a roll etc. Esp. the material is PVC and the welds are made using high frequency radiation.
