摘要
1,269,908. Amino acid derivatives. AJINOMOTO CO. Inc. 7 Sept., 1970 [6 Sept., 1969], No. 42828/70. Heading C2C. The invention comprises the novel compounds N - 4 - nitrophenoxyacetyl - 4 - nitrophenylalanine, N - furfurylphenylalanine, N - # - naphthylaminomethylalanine, N - # - - naphthylaminomethylmethionine, N - (# - naphthylaminomethyl) - 6 - aminocaproic acid, N-2- fluorenesulphonyl - # - alanine, N - 2 - fluorensulphonylvaline, and N-2-fluorenesulphonyl-4- nitrophenylalanine and salts thereof. The first named compound and the last three compounds are prepared by the Sohotten-Baumann reaction. The second compound is obtained by reacting furfural with phenylalanine in an aqueous medium in the presence of sodium borohydride. The third, fourth and fifth compounds are made by reacting #-naphthylamine with the appropriate amino acids in the presence of formaldehyde. 4-Nitrophenoxyacetyl chloride is obtained by refluxing 4-nitrophenoxyacetic acid with thionyl chloride. Pharmaceutical compositions having anti-viral activity and suitable for oral or parenteral administration, contain at least one of the above novel compounds or salts thereof and pharmaceutically-acceptable carriers or diluents therefor.
