The apparatus consists of a platform with two slots. Boards are of Tee shaped cross section with protrusions fitting the slots, have straps for holding the feet similar to skiis. From the underside of the platform another board is fitted to the top board holding this to the platform so that it may slide in but cannot leave the slot. The bottom board runs on a belt fastened onto non-rotating rollers, one of which is adjustable for belt tension. An adjustable hand rail completes the apparatus.
