The snowplough and blade is designed for front mounting at a prescribed sweeping angle, and has an outside plough vane on the projecting part, able to swivel to the rear about a vertical axis, and is resiliently prestressed in its sweeping setting. Two elastically deformable spring leaf pieces (9, 10) are clamped vertically to the plough vane surface at two or more points on the rear side of the vane (8), the outer one running in a wide S-shape parallel to the direction of travel at the rear end (arrow P1), and the inner one running, with a quarter circle inward curve, at its rear end vertically to the direction of travel, but both firmly fixed on the vehicle. Small obstacles at the side can be resiliently avoided.
