The devices uses the longitudinal principle in the combustion chamber (34). The double wall ceramic combustion chamber (34, 34a) is also affected by a voltage convertor magnet system (1) and has collectors (4) so that when the plasma pressure is high, the plasma is separated from the walls (34) by high spontaneous pinch and induced extra pinch. Cooling medium, mainly air, flowing in the channel (3) cools also the chamber walls (34, 34a) and evacuates radiation heat.
