Plastics beer barrel closure bung - is spherical and e.g. made of ethylene-vinyl! acetate copolymer

Bung for syphoning holes of beer barrels, bung screws etc. is made of solid plastics and has spherical shape. The dia. of the bung, when not under load, is 5-10% greater than that of the bung hole. It is suitably made of an EVA-type copolymer. The article is easy to clean, affords a reliable seal against any leakages and does not attract diert as is often the case with prior-art, cup-shaped bungs used for similar applications.
