PHOSPHORIC ACID HALOGENIDES USED AS INTERMEDIATES IN THE PREPARATION OF PHOSPHORIC ACID ESTERS

Halophosphates/halophosphonates of the formula IMAGE in which the substituents are as defined in Claim 1, are prepared. These compounds are obtained by reacting a corresponding phosphate/phosphonate simultaneously with a chlorinating or brominating agent and an olefin. The resulting compounds can be used as intermediates for the preparation of pesticides and flame retardants.
