The educational playing cards are for teaching reading, writing and counting. Each card has a design, representing an object or animal with the word printed above it. The first letter of the word is cut out of a coloured background at the bottom. The cut-out is either in the left or right corner, depending on which direction the language is written. The letter can be traced out with a pencil in the cut out. For counting there are several objects on the card with the corresponding number cut out.
