PURPOSE:To automatically separate, mix or discharge a liquid component, with the use of the centrifugal force of a rotor. CONSTITUTION:A liquid-introducing pipe 9 is communicated to a separation vessel 8 on a centrifugal rotor 1, by extending the top end of the liquid-introduce pipe 9 into the separation vessel 8. Liquid-suction conduit pipes 11, 14, 18, extending outside the liquid-introduce pipe 9, are branched on the middle parts to liquid-feed pipes 13, 16, 20, to construct a sucker. The liquid-suction conduit pipes 11, 14, 18 of the sucker are communicated to a mixing vessel 10 at their top ends, while the top ends of the liquid-feed pipes 13, 16, 20 are extended into the separation vessel 8 to communicate the liquid-feed pipes 13, 16, 20 to the separation vessel 8. A liquid to be treated, after centrifugally separated, is fed to the mixing vessel, where a liquid reagent is mixed to the liquid by the suction of the sucker a1. Thus, the separation, mixing and discharge of the liquid can be performed automatically with high efficiency by the use of the centrifugal force.
