- 9 -Abstract of the DisclosureA patient supporting table top for X-ray inspectionapparatus which includes a platelike core member formedby mixing thermosetting resin with a great number ofhollow carbon microspheres reinforced with carbon fibersand press-heating these materials. A covering memberis bonded to each side of the core member by using anadhesive agent such as epoxy resin. The covering memberis formed by mixing resin material with carbon fibernetwork and press-heating these materials.
