SUPPRESSION OF OCCURRENCE OF DUST, ETC. DURING CHARGING OF RED-HOT COKE IN DRY QUENCHING DEVICE FOR COKE

摘要

PURPOSE:To suppress occurrence of dust and smoke from a prechamber, eruption of a combustible gas to the outside, etc., by adusting a damper during charging of coke in such a way that pressure in the prechamber is kept constant. CONSTITUTION:A pressure dummy signal is sent through a notice signal of coke charging to the pressure control system 12 for the inner pressure of the prechamber 3, and the pressure control damper 6 is adjusted to a preset prescribed divergence based on this signal in such a way that the inner pressure of the prechamber 3 is +0mm.H2O. The retention of the prescribed divergence of the damper 6 is released based on a notice signal of the end of coke charging, the inner pressure of the prechamber 3 is restored to pressure of steady operation, so that occurrence of dust, etc. during charging of red-hot coke in a dry quenching device of coke is suppressed.
