摘要

PURPOSE:An electron transporter or a combination thereof with a metal ion is allowed to act on a reduced type coeyzyme and the hydrogen peroxide formed is determined to enable the etermination of reduced type coenzyme in a sample. CONSTITUTION:An electron transporter such as phenazine methosulfate is allowed to act on a reduced type coenzyme such as NADH or NADPH or a reduced type coenzyme which is quantitatively formed by allowing a dehydrogenase to act on a substrate in the presence of a coenzyme. At this time, divalent manganese ion or divalent cobalt ion or another metal ion which has the same action may be allowed to act on, then the hydrogen peroxide formed by the reactions quantitatively can be determined quantitatively by the method which is known per se.
