ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSUREA negative to positive image converting apparatus comprising a videocamera mounted detachably on one end of a base member, a housingmounted onto and substantially at right angles to the other end of basemember, the housing comprising a lamp housing and a mirror housing, acolour filter means disposed between the lamp housing and the mirrorhousing, projecting guide pins for guiding a film holder over an aperture inthe mirror housing. In use light is projected through a negative in the filmholder and via a mirror in the mirror housing to the video camera. Thevideo camera has a negative to positive inversion switch so that a positiveoutput video signal can be obtained.
