It is characterized by a separate provision of a feeding device (2) and a husking apparatus (1); the first is used to sort shrimp, separating them one by one and feeding them to the installation of décroticage (1) and comprises an oscillating conveyor equipped with a magazine adapted to separate the shrimps one by one (3) and a conveying channel (5) leading to the paring device (1). On the course of the second device are arranged an alignment station (6) and an orientation station (7) for exact alignment, and a control station (8) for rejecting the shrimps which are not perfectly aligned. The husking apparatus (1) below shows the movable elements cyclically for positioning and retaining the peeling tools and unloading elements, allowing peeling with a relative movement between the holding elements and the peeling tools that are formésd'une locking pliers (53) gripping the shell of the tail and of a clamp for meat (51).
