PURPOSE:Small granules of fish meat other than cubic pieces which are obtained, when fish meat is cut, are mixed with small granules of semisolid meat, kneaded together with a viscous paste, processed and cut into pieces whereby the binding properties of the granules to be admixed to the fish meat is improved to reduce the loss of material. CONSTITUTION:Irregular granules of fish meat which are formed, when the fish meat is cut into cubic pieces are reused and a small part of the granules is mixed with a large amount of granular pieces of semisolid meat (boiled or roasted). The mixture is combined with raw fish meat and boiled meat, ground and further combined with a paste which is formed by adding a binder and water, then, kneaded, molded with pressure, boiled, cooled down to solidify, cut into cubic pieces and seasoned.
