PURPOSE:To enable production of high-quality dried Lentinus edodes, by raising straightly the drying temperature of Lentinus edodes in the whole period from beginning of drying to the end of the drying from the set temperature at the beginning of the drying to the set temperature at the end of the drying. CONSTITUTION:The drying temperature of Lentinus edodes is straightly raised in the whole time (e.g., 7hr in the case of HIYORIGO, and 11hr in the case of AMAGO) from the beginning of drying to the end of the drying from the set temperature (45 deg.C in the case of HIYORIGO and 40 deg.C in the case of AMAGO) at the beginning of the drying to the set temperature (e.g., 60 deg.C) at the end of the drying. Namely, the drying temperature is raised uniformly and gradually in the whole drying processes without causing abrupt change, and rapid change in drying conditions will not occur. Consequently, reduction in quality resulting from rapid change in drying conditions can be prevented and high-quality dried Lentinus edodes can be obtained.
