MUSHROOM BED FOR CULTURING LENTINUS EDODES, PRODUCTION THEREOF AND METHOD FOR CULTURING LENTINUS EDODES USING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To provide a high-quality mushroom bed for culturing Lentinus edodes by sealing a container with a medium, inoculating a spawn into the medium in a sterilized state without opening a cover, a method for producing the mushroom bed and a method for culturing Lentinus edodes using the same mushroom bed. CONSTITUTION:A medium material consisting essentially of sawdust is mixed with a nutritive agent and the medium adjusted to a proper water content is packed into an air-impermeable container main body 2. Its opening part 4 is sealed with a cover member 5 having an air-permeable hole 6 for preventing penetration of various germs by a sheet member 7 and the medium is sterilized. Then an inoculating nozzle is passed into the cover member 5, a fungus of Lentinus edodes in a liquid state is inoculated into the medium and a hole 9 made on the cover member 5 by the inoculation is sealed by a sheet member 10 having proper air permeability in order to prevent various germs from penetrating into the medium to provide a mushroom bed 1 for culturing Lentinus edodes.
