METHOD FOR PRODUCING MONO PRIMARY FODDER PHOSPHATES FROM MATERIAL MIXTURE CONSISTS OF PHOSPHATES

Prim. mono-phosphates suitable for incorporation into animal feed are produced from a conc. mono-phosphate soln. freed of fluorides, which soln. can be obtd. from any mono-phosphate contg. mixt. e.g. artificial fertilizers or feed mono-phosphates. Phosphoric-acid and/or acids forming badly soluble salts with the cation of the mono-phosphate are added to the conc. soln. to reduce the pH of the mixt. to less than 2. - The mono-phosphate is crystallised from the acid soln. at a pH below 2 by evaporation, the remaining acid soln. is recirculated for further acidification and/or neutralised. The resulting mono-phosphate salts are opt. dried and/or used in animal feeds after mixing with further feed additives.
